You would think that fun would be something we would intrinsically know, but unfortunately, unless you have that kind of personality, I think the childlike wonder we had as kids dissipates over time.
Well I'm here to claim it back! I know it might take work, but we have to get back to that place of being like a child.....
I love this book. Very practical and filled with wisdom and knowledge about what it takes to keep the engine of your body running well.
